"My first impression was the shipping took forever"
My first impression wasn’t great because the shipping was so much slower than I expected. I ordered it thinking it would go out quickly, but I ended up waiting a lot longer than I thought I would. The product itself was fine once it arrived, but the delay definitely made the whole experience more frustrating.

"Refund is taking way too long"
I returned my order thinking the refund would be straightforward, but I’m still sitting here waiting and checking for updates, and it’s getting really frustrating because it feels like it’s taking forever with no clear answer on when I’ll actually get my money back.

I ordered from proaudiostar and, to be fair, the item showed up and works fine, so I’m happy about that part. The condition was mostly what I expected, but there were a couple of small marks I didn’t really feel were made clear upfront, which was a little annoying.
The packaging was just okay. The box looked beat up and there wasn’t much padding inside, which made me nervous considering it’s audio gear. Nothing ended up being damaged, thankfully, but between the vague condition details and the so-so packing, the whole experience was more frustrating than it needed to be. Decent deal overall, just not a great buying experience.

"Got the wrong one"
I ordered one model, but a totally different one showed up in the box. The packing slip even had the right item listed, so I really, really don’t know how that got mixed up. Now I just have to wait for them to sort it out

"Decent service, but support was a letdown"
There were a few things I liked, and the overall experience wasn’t terrible at first. But I messaged support and didn’t hear back for days, which was really frustrating. I get that teams get busy, but being ignored makes it hard to trust the service. I probably won’t be coming back.

"Stock info wasn’t clear"
I ordered a pedal because the site made it look like it was available, so I figured everything was good to go.
A few days passed and I had to reach out myself to find out what was happening. That’s when I was told it wasn’t actually in stock and they were waiting for more to come in, which felt unnecessary after I had already paid.
The refund did come through, so that part was fine, but the whole situation was annoying. It would’ve been much better if the stock info was clear from the start so people don’t waste their time.

"Support felt lost"
I reached out to tech support thinking it would be a quick thing, but it felt like they didn’t really know the gear I was asking about. I had to explain the issue a few times, then wait days between replies, and by the end of it I still didn’t have an actual fix. Just kind of frustrating because I expected someone there to know what was going on, or at least get me to someone who did.

"Some good deals, some not so much"
The prices are kind of all over the place, honestly. Like, I found a few deals that felt totally worth it, and then other stuff made me pause and think, wait, why is this that much? It’s not terrible overall, but the value really depends on what you’re buying.
